As a creative arts psychotherapist, I bring to my practice a humanistic and relational approach. My career spans over three decades, during which I have had the privilege of working across various arts forms, including drama, music, and writing.
In the past 20 years, my professional focus has been on fostering self-development through the use of psychotherapy and creativity, with a particular emphasis on Imagework.
In my private practice, I offer a compassionate, confidential, and non-judgemental therapeutic environment that is dedicated to facilitating the expression and integration of complex emotions. This approach is rooted in the belief that such an environment can lead to greater self-awareness, authenticity, and resourcefulness, ultimately promoting healing.
In addition to running my private practice, I have also accumulated experience as part of the Cognitive Analytic Therapy team at Guys Hospital. Prior to this, I spent time working in the acute ward at the Maudsley Psychiatric Hospital.
As a qualified psychotherapist and counsellor, I hold an MA and a C A.TT (Level 11) qualification. I am also a registered member of the HCPC, UKCP, and IATE.
Let's explore your journey towards greater self-awareness, authenticity, and healing together. Reach out to me for a consultation.
